- Registration Instructions:
When you make your selections please e-mail the training support staff at the following address:
Each time you make a training request you must e-mail your request as follows:
- Name of participant
- Address of Participant (not the providers address)
- Contact information of participant (not the providers phone number)
- Provider name if not participant
- Training requested
- Date of training
You will then receive an e-mail confirming your request within 72 hours of receipt of the training request - please bring your receipt with you as your confirmation of your registration.

Area 3 Family Care Council
The Area 3 Family Care Council is seeking additional members. The Council meets the 4th Tuesday of each month, 4:30pm, at the Gainesville office.

Provider Recruiting Opportunities
Area 3 is currently recruiting providers for Adult Dental, Behavior Analysis Levels
1 - 3, and Behavior Assistant services.
Family and Supported Living Waiver: Consumable Medical Supplies, Supported Employment,
Supported Living, and Transportation services.

Additional Information
Area 3 Local Review Committee
The Local Review Committee (LRC) is comprised of
Certified Behavior Analysts. The LRC is responsible for ensuring that behavior analysis
services provided to Agency for Persons with Disabilities consumers are legal, ethical,
and consistent with statewide guidelines and current standards of practice for the
profession. The Area 3 LRC meets the third Wednesday of every month. Dr. Elaine Hutchison is the Area 3 LRC committee chairperson.
